At Genourob, we believe that arthrometers should be used on a common basis when suspecting knee ligament injuries and not just for research thus the reason why we created the DYNEELAX robotic arthrometer to perform dynamic & objective assessments of knee stability.
DYNEELAX is a 4 in 1 device as it allows diagnosis, prevention, rehabilitation and follow-up of patients suffering from knee ligament injuries. It is currently the most accurate & reproducible knee ligament arthrometer as it is the only one that is completely automated & computerised.
The DYNEELAX robotic arthrometer is the first arthrometer that applies both tibial translation and rotation to run dynamic & objective knee stability assessments.

Currently, the DYNEELAX arthrometer is the most precise, reproducible and user friendly medical device in the field of anterior cruciate ligament analysis and knee rotation instability assessment (see scientific studies). Its technology is loosely based on the anterior drawer test but more specifically on the lachman test with innovation present at its core as it uses the LDA® Method to analyze the ACL.
Unlike other arthrometers present on the market, the DYNEELAX runs automated dynamic tests collecting precise data on the knee of the patient. Static tests (single pressure force applied on the knee) give indeed less information on knee stability than automated dynamic tests.
During the years following the creation of the GNRB arthrometer, our clients always requested for a single device that could run various types of assessments on the knee. Options were hence created but added seperately on the GNRB arthrometer and performing ACL + PCL + Rotation tests was always a challenge as accuracy needed to be kept.
Today however, it is now possible to run all type of assessments on the knee, more precisely, anterior/posterior translation + Internal/external rotation with one single device, the DYNEELAX.
