Control and prevention of ACL lesion risks

    PREVENTION : A MAJOR ASSET !

The automated dynamic laximetry, LDA® permits precise evaluation of the ligament function and optimises the prevention of risks of ACL lesions.

    AN INNOVATIVE HELP FOR DIAGNOSTICS

As a primary intention, objective confirmation of clinical examinations, the Automated Dynamic Laximetry, LDA®, features an optimized detection of lesions of the knee ligaments and risks of instability

A precise and objective functional evaluation of the ACL

The GNRB performs an automated anterior tibia translation and calculates new parameters for a more accurate evaluation of the ligament functionality of the knee.

The measured induced medial rotation informs about the state of a partial ACL-lesion, generally on the PL bundle.

Test example: After a sport injury (knee sprain) feeling of instability.
    Δ134 = 2,7   ΔP2 = 8   Δ°= 2
Divergent curves, high differential of slopes.
Confirmation of risk of strong functional instability

    Efficient longitudinal tracking

Integrated into the longitudinal follow-up, the LDA® is recommended for athletes and teams of pivot sports.
Non-invasive and painless, the tests can be repeated and operated at any moment to provide precise information on the level of knee stability.

    Shown example: Δ134 = 0  ΔP2 = 0  Δ° = 0
Identical laxities, very rare at a sportsperson ! / nothing to report

    Surgical intervention or specific training?

The LDA® measures validate the quality of the surgical intervention and the follow-up.
The tests performed on every patient provide a precise documentation for the QM-System of the institute and also for the patient.

Measurement accuracy, the automatic saving and the reproducibility are appreciated by all practitioners looking for reliable and documented tests.
