    HIGH PRECISION Laximetry

     

    Unmatched dynamic precision
    The sensor positioned on the anterior Tibia tuberosity registers at a 1/10mm accuracy more than 50 displacement values at each thrust!

    Automated progressive tibia translation
    Adjustable (1 to 300N) or preset (134, 150 N…), the progressive thrusting force adapted to the individual needs guarantees a comfortable test for the patient.

    BIOFEEDBACK of unwanted muscular activity / INNOVATION

    Biofeedback detection of hamstring contractions

    In tests of tibia translation or rotation, patient can activate hamstring muscles, which as well restrain the translation of the tibia.

    An intelligent biofeedback system detects such unwanted muscular activity and reports it to the practitioner.

    REPRODUCIBLE and COMPARABLE TESTS

    The patella cap fixates the femur (patella against the trochlea femoralis) by expressing an individual clamping force which is registered for each patient

    This force identically applied at both knees guarantees a comparison of the measurements and reproducibility of the tests.

    DIGITIZED MEASUREMENT of INDUCED MEDIAL ROTATION (GNRB Rotab)

    The integrated electronic goniometer measures the induced tibia rotation appearing at an anterior tibia translation.

    The devices GNRB and ROTAM memorize the foot position of the patient to ensure always identical positioning and a better reproducibility and quality of the tests

    CONTROLLED TIBIA ROTATION (motorized) NEW! ROTAM

    The patented innovation of ROTAM, reproducing a stress for a tibia rotation, consists of the application of a controlled motorized torque by the foot-ankle-tibia system and the registration of the provoked medial and lateral rotation.

    The functional evaluation of the peripheral ligament structures is made by the analysis of the differential of the rotation and the slopes between the two knees.
