    CHOOSE YOUR GNRB

The GNRB arthrometer/laximeter is a medical device developed by company Genourob since 2007. It is designed to run assessments of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Over the years following its creation, additional options have been developed to assess other specific structures such as the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) or the ones associated to knee rotation instability.

CHOOSE THE GNRB SPECIFIC TO YOUR NEEDS:

Currently, the GNRB arthrometer is the most precise, reproducible and user friendly medical device in the field of anterior cruciate ligament analysis (see scientific studies). Its technology is loosely based on the anterior drawer test but more specifically on the lachman test with innovation present at its core as it uses the LDA® Method to analyze the ACL.

Unlike other arthrometers present on the market, the GNRB runs automated dynamic tests collecting precise data on the knee of the patient. Static tests (single pressure force applied on the knee) give indeed less information on knee stability than automated dynamic tests.

Over time, Genourob created several options to be added on the GNRB which allow doctors to analyze other structures in the knee such as the posterior cruciate ligament, gain extra precision on the analysis of the ACL or to run automated drawer tests by coupling them with x-ray technology. These options are respectively the GNRB PCL, the GNRB Rotab and the GNRB Radio which you can see in the pictures below.
