Follow-up and control of ligament function of the central pivot

LDA® adaptable to all Isokinetic systems

LDA® adaptable to all Isokinetic systems

The LDA® allows an early adaptation of the performed muscular exercises, with a better control of the risk of gliding, loosening or distention of the plasty during the rehabilitation

These exercises are performed according to the applied surgical technique (KJ, DIDT,) at a distance to the surgery and with a lack of objective data on the healing state of the ligament-plasty.

Indeed, the knee rehabilitation may also involve the LDA® to evaluate the ACL reconstruction, to allow a suitable muscular strengthening of quadriceps and hamstrings, and to validate the specific proprioceptive exercises.

The prevention of the risk of ligament lesions is a major asset!

The LDA® is essential for longitudinal tracking on athletes and sport teams (pivot sports). This preventive activity enables to evaluate the functional quality of the central pivot and an early detection of risk cases for ACL injuries.

    Example test: Feeling of instability.
Divergent curves, medium differential of slopes
Confirmation of risk of a medium functional instability

    An efficient longitudinal follow-up

Integrated into the longitudinal follow-up, the LDA® is recommended for athletes and teams of pivot sports.

Non-invasive and painless, the tests can be repeated and operated at any moment to provide precise information on the level of knee stability.

The LDA® : for the complete muscular and ligament results summary

Whether as part of a medical examination or to objectively validate the return to sports, especially to pivot-sports, the functional ACL ligament evaluation is the ideal complement to the evaluation of the muscular status, offering a global approach (ligament/muscle) of the knee joint.

Knowing the functional muscular status is good, but also precisely evaluating the ligament functionality is better!

The LDA®, an indispensable tool for the validation of the return to sports!
